Return Policy:
1. Returns and Exchanges:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. However, if you have any queries, please feel free to email us and our team will be more than happy to assist you.
- If the product you have purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- In case your order was damaged during transit or you have received a wrong PRO VITAMIN CO. order, please contact our customer service team immediately by hello@provitaminco.co.nz.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Once approved, carefully package the items and ship them to the provided return address.
4. Refund Process:
- After we receive and inspect the items you returned, we will process the refunds within 5-7 business days.
- We will deduct a charge for return shipping costs from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.
- We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
