Adults (18+ years) take 1 gummy daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Chew them properly.
EACH GUMMY CONTAINS:
- Ashwagandha extract (30:1): 25mg (equiv. to dry 750mg)
- Passionflower extract (10:1): 5mg (equiv. to dry 50mg)
- L-Theanine: 10mg
